Easy and Automated Web Access

Client Access Web (CAWeb) is CSO's on-line web portal, and allows you immediate and secure access to your account information. Our clients can conveniently up-load delinquent accounts via Excel spread sheet, manually, or in a batch file in most any format. Clients are able to generate standard and custom reports, view real-time account status, account inventories and communicate directly with CSO staff.

Confidentiality and Security

CSO's annual compliance with the SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2 audit means that our trained professional staff maintains the highest security and privacy standards necessary as part of our debt collection business practices. In today's highly regulated business environment, service providers must demonstrate that they have adequate controls and safeguards when they host or process confidential data belonging to their clients. The SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2 annual audit is performed by a certified third-party firm in accordance with AT 101 and based upon theTrust Service Principles with the ability to test and report on the design (Type 1) and operation (Type II) effectiveness of a service organization's controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy of a system. SSAE is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A service auditor's examination performed in accordance with SSAE represents that a service organization has been through an in-depth audit of their control objectives and control activities, which include controls over information technology, how data is handled internally and related processes. In addition, the requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 make SSAE audit reports even more important to the process of reporting on the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting. CSO employs a full time compliance director who has developed our compliance, security and confidentiality programs.
